Failure is painful and embarrassing. But failure is also a gift, for there is no better way to learn. Unfortunately people and businesses try to hide their failures and shortcomings. They sweep them under the rug in an attempt to make them look better and smarter than everyone else. Show me a company that doesn’t share its failures and I’ll show you a company that is lying about their experiences.
To make sure we’re doing our best for our clients we ask them to fill out short customer satisfaction and feedback surveys every week. We share the results of these surveys on our website, unedited and anonymously. We believe this helps to keep Alagad honest. It also provides incentive to always do our best work, allows us to proactively address problems, and to learn from our failures.
Another aspect of our transparency is sharing our schedule and billing rates openly. This allows clients to see what is really going on inside Alagad and helps them make an intelligent choice about the rate they choose for their project.
Our Custom Software Done Right process is also built on transparency. Clients have access to reports and dashboards that clearly show project progress and quality level.
On our website we even share our services contract and we provide copies of our proof of insurance. All of this is done without any artificial barriers. We’re always looking for new ways to be transparent. Is there something you’d like to know? Contact us and ask. We’ll share it if we can.
